Job Description

B Nutritious in Fountain Valley is currently looking for kitchen staff. Full-Time Positions (40 hours/week) are available as well as Part-Time depending on availability/scheduling. Compensation is dependent on experience.

Looking for experienced individuals who thrive on working efficiently in a fast casual kitchen environment. Qualities we look for in our staff is: ability to multitask, transparent communication, proactive, and ability to take charge when needed.

Job duties and requirements include:
Comfortable with all ranges of kitchen equipment (Griddle, wok, 4 burner, oven)
Strong knowledge of basic food handling practices
Maintaining Back of House
Must work well with others
Cooking meat, vegetables, rice, potatoes, prepping meat, vegetables, etc.
Prepare meats, fish, shrimps and vegetables according to Company recipe and procedure
Ensure that all food ingredients are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner by following all health and safety guidelines
Must be able to multitask and work under pressure at peak periods
Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, products, and other items weighing up to 35 pounds frequently
Must be able to work weekends
Great customer service skills

Experience is preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person. Non-slip Shoes will be necessary. Will need a CA Food Handler Card (not needed to apply).
