Bronze Quail is one of the newest restaurants in Orange County and is hitting the ground running in the upscale dining scene. We are a seasonal restaurant with menu changes every few months. We are a very creative team and love to just experiment with flavors and see what works. We are looking for talented, dedicated and passionate cooks to fill the role of Grill and Saute cooks on our line.
Duties will include:
-Complete prep of station, learning all the standardized recipes set by the Executive Chef
– Execution of those dishes while open and operational
– Full, detailed clean up of station at the end of service.
