Job Description

Harvest Fridge, LLC is a startup venture that offers high quality healthy foods by way of a state-of-the-art vending machine experience. The initial launch provides for ten machines located throughout Orange County, California with plans to expand nationwide. All foods are prepared fresh daily at Harvest’s kitchen facility in Costa Mesa, CA. The prepared foods are then delivered each day to the machines which are located onsite in corporate office buildings, schools, retail locations and other areas with high user traffic.

JOB DUTIES
• Order placement and inventory ingredient management with distributors
• Food preparation
• Management and oversight of assistant preparer
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils
• Store food in designated containers to prevent spoilage and waste
• Delivery of food and restocking of machines

REQUIREMENTS & DESIRED SKILLS
• 3 to 5 Years of food preparation experience
• Catering experience a plus
• Ability to deal with high pressured production and delivery schedules
• Culinary degree, or industry equivalent
• Experience in menu creation, label creation and nutritional information
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (delivery vehicle provided)
